Common questions
Do you come and look before you price it?
Yes. We come out, get up and look at what is actually wrong, then give you a price for the work. Roofs are not something anyone can price properly from the pavement.
How soon can you get to me?
Ring us and we will tell you where we are in the diary that week. If water is coming in we will say so honestly rather than book you in and leave you waiting.
Will you take on a small job?
Yes. A slipped tile, a leaking gutter joint or a bit of flashing is a proper job, and it is usually the one that saves you a much bigger bill later.
Do you do flat roofs as well as tiled ones?
Yes. Garage, extension, dormer and porch roofs are a regular part of the work, repaired where that is sensible and recovered where it is not.
Can you help with an insurance claim after a storm?
We do insurance work and roof surveys, so ring us and tell us what your insurer has asked for. It is usually a written report on the damage before anything gets fixed.
